Anyone know how much time it will get I526E approval after getting i956F approval. Just trying to understand process.
I526e processing time is fastest for rural based projects as they are being prioritized. Some of them have got approvals in 3 months too.
Other types of project have about 18 months to 2.5 year processing time.
Legally, they are supposed to process all i526 in 6 months but it seldom happens.
Thanks for your response. this processing time based on after i956F approval. Once i956F is approved then it will take 6 months to get approval for target high employment. Am I right?
