I saw ur tweet about EB5 rural investment visa timeline. How accurate is that? If you apply in Oct 2024, you get EAD in 4 months?
Was trying to see if that is best route to take since h1b sponsorships are not happening at most tech companies for some reason.
Do you mind sharing any detailed articles about EB5 that you created and any links to talk to lawyers would be great.

Everything is based on the current trend and the trend can change any day.
I gave my best estimates. You should make your own estimates before investing.

Quick Question: My Priority Date is Aug 2015, I believe as per your video I don’t have to rush to EB5 given my date is 1 year below July 2016 cut off date you mentioned. Any thoughts of yours will be appreciated.
