With I-130 now can be filed electronically, after submission it says it is submitted on this date in our Electronic file processing center. Is this a separate center as processing time page just shows the 4 service center. Will electronic filling expedite the process in anyway for the sibling case.
Electronic filing saves paperwork entry time and mailing time.
Apart from that, the normal case processing should happen.
So that means the case would be assigned to one of the service center.
Also hoping for an answer to this since each center has different waiting times
Does anyone know how much time uscis takes to upgrade I-130 for a spouse after becoming a citizen? Also Will they send a notice letter stating it has been upgraded??
