Emergency Travel- H1B Approved and H4 is pending

Hi, We have applied H1B, and H4 together in premium processing. My H1b is approved and H4 is still under processing. I have to travel to India due to an emergency. I was able to get a dropbox appointment for my H1b stamping. I have to travel alone and my H4 partner has to be in the USA. My question can I travel outside when my partner’s H4 application is pending? will my travel impact H4 renewal?

This should be okay however if for some reason your H1B visa is denied, the H4 dependents in US will need to depart the country asap.
