I applied for h4 and h4 ead on May 17 which are still pending at VSC.
When I called on 10/1 to expedite the request, they accepted it and asked for additional documents. I sent them and when I called on 10/16, tier 2 officer said request is approved and it is assigned to an officer and should receive approval by end of this month.
But, from your previous posts, I see members saying they received email or mail confirming the same. I did not get any confirmation from USCIS.
But my congressman tried to expedite and we received notice yesterday saying congress expedite is denied and my case is pending for review with an officer. Can you please clarify my confusion as is it ok to not to get any confirmation?
In How many days you think I will get the approval as the officer said 14-30 days?
