If my experience letter doesn’t state a specific skill, can i attach a training certificate to compensate for the same? This for submitting experience/reference letter from previous employer for PERM/I-140 processing. The JD being submitted has a skill that is not covered in my experience letter and my previous employer won’t issue a new letter.
As far as I know, the PERM skill letter defined the ‘on the job’ experience.
I am afraid that training will not suffice the requirements.
Thanks for the response. Does an experience letter from client or one from current employer work?
