Fashion designer - Possibility of any USA VISA

I am fashion designer and working remotely In India for one USA based company
My company wants to reallocate me in USA .
They are ready to provide any VISA sponsorship, please assist me

  1. What are the VISA options I may have?
  2. What are the chances of approval?
  3. Any attorney which anyone can advise?

This is a very broad question.

Most of the time, work visa option are very limited.

One of them is H1B visa.
Or if you company can sponsor you for L1, then that would be even better.

Your company will have to hire a lawyer to file it. You won’t be able to do it yourself.

1- Can you as attorney help to file L1 ? if not then any advise ?
2-If my company have no branch or only small branch (3-4 people in India ) in India ,then can they file /sponsor for L1 ?

Didn’t you say that you are working for USA based company?

Now, you are saying you work for small India based company.

The type of work visa available is dependent on who sponsors you.
