First H4 stamp query. Primary h1b valid till September but extension received

Hi Folks,

I’m on h1b and my stamp is expiring in September. However I’ve an approved extension till next year September 2025. My wife is planning to get her visa stamped in Germany since she’s working there. She’s an Indian national. Will there be any issues since my stamp is expiring soon ? Thanks a lot :pray:t3:.

The H1B visa stamp in passport does not matter as long as you keep staying in the US.

Your wife can apply for H4 visa using your approved H1B (the extended one) with attached i94.
