I am currently on H4. I have approved I797 and I was thinking of going for stamping when I visit India in December. Based on the series of questions I answered it seems I am eligible for dropbox.
Has anyone else in above situation gotten stamped recently? What documents did you carry?
In particular I want to check if I have to carry all my previous I797s. My current H4 expires in November.
Photocopy of previous I-797 (only if the last visa in the passport and current petition have a gap of more than one year) (applicable for H1, L1Individual)
