First time H4 Visa and apply for H4-Master's Study from INDIA

Hello,

I am currently in INDIA and going to have my First-time US Visa Interview → H4 Visa in-person Interview on May 15, 2022.

I am also planning for my future study in H4 - apply and submit documents for MS in CS program in 1 University by April 15, 2022 for this FALL 2022. Does applying to this future study program (while in INDIA) affect my H4 Visa interview?

You are legally allowed to study while you are using an H4 visa to stay in the US. I do not see any issue.
