My brother-in-law recently traveled to USA from india for the firstime on H1B, he scheduled appointment for his wife along with two Kids (2 years old) on April 20 in New Delhi.
Now the question is do kid’s have to go along with mother for in person? It is their first time stamping and for now only father have valid visa i797 and currently in USA.
They need some information as some forums say that kids need not travel for finger prints and in-person appointment, but mother have to carry photos, kids passport along with birth certificate and father visa and i797 is it true can you please guide.
