FOIA - Getting I-140 Approval Online Request

Hi All,
I got my I-140 approved recently and the attorney keeps claiming that they have not received the approval notice even after 50 days and not responding to my emails or calls while trying to check the status of it. Tried filing a request under FOIA and the request is getting rejected with the reason - The requested records fall under the purview of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).. I am unsure whether something is incorrect in my online request. Can someone help on this please?

You are probably requesting it under wrong category.

Its normal to request i140 and many people have done it before.

I selected the option “I-140” and provided my ETA Case id. All the other details were personal ones. Unsure if anything else is to be selected. Is this a correct option?
