FOIA Request With Wrong NRC Number

Hello everyone,

My I-140 approved on March 1st and raised FOIA request online on March 9th. Status shows submitted but the NRC number received as NRCXXXXXXXXXXREQ. I tried to check the status with NRC10digit number, it shows someone else request that it was completed.

Please assist. Do I have to create another FOIA request or need to wait. Also do we receive any acknowledgement letter after you submit online ?
