For green card process whether vaild l1b or h1b visa?

Hello Anil,

My L1B visa is denied and i travel back to india. My employer plan to do Green Card Process for me. Whether i need any valid visa or my denied L1B visa ?? Please clarify. If i process H1B visa and picked in the lottery means. whether my prvevious L1B visa stayed years or not. please clarify.

Green card sponsorship does not require L1B or H1B. The employer can file for a green card even without the visa.

Hello Anil,

If I am getting a green card sponsorship with the current employer without any valid visa. If it is approved and then I moved to the US. After certain years, Can I switch to a company or do I need to stay to continue work on that organization? Please reply.
