Forgot to apply h4 extension

Hi here is my full story
My husband got fulltime in 2022.
They filed h1&h4 extension got approval till April 10 2025.
After 1 year my husband changed got new job and his company applied for only h1b transfer and got approval till 30 sept 2025.
My h4 was still with old employer validity till April 2025.
Recently we travelled to India and when we came back we thought at Poe my i94 would extend automatically till sept 30 2025(my husband visa expiration date)
But now when we gathering the documents for extension we found out this my i94 and visa stamp both were expired.
What are the options I have now.
Please share info if any one faced similar issue.

File H4 NPT application with USCIS to request i94 from back date. Or leave US and Get H4 visa stamp with entry ban waiver from US embassy

my attorney said he will apply h1andh4 extension with NPT in premium.
what are the chances of approval with NPT.
one more thing my wife EAD valid till 2026.
