Format of bank statement to be given for ACS?

Hi Anil, Can u please tell how many bank statements do I need to attach for ACS & the statement should be of one month duration or longer? I worked in 2 companies one from 2012-2018, then 2019-2022. ACS is asking me for bank statements. So, do I need to attach bank statement for each year or just for last few months in each job?
