Hello, my application has been audited, after filing to the audit we have received a denial letter because of a wrong officer address. Has anyone tried to appeal the denial and succeeded? How long did it take to revive a response?
Appeals can take long time.
Talk to your employer to understand if they are willing to appeal or not.
It is shorter than starting all over, the question is if someone had this scenario before appealed and got approved
