My EB1B PD is 6th Sep 2022. Though my dates are retrogressed, I got medical RFE last month, which I replied last week. Now, my I485 is approved. I have asked my lawyer for clarification from USCIS. Anyone with similar experience where GC approved when PD not current?
If you are talking about Aug 2023- visa bulletin and the EB1 retrogression, then that is applicable only starting 1 Aug 2023.
So, essentially, your date is currently current.
