H-4 Renewal (I-539) filed online few days ago, Can i file H4-EAD renewal (I-765) now?

Hello,
I got my H-1B renewal approved recently until Sep 2025. . I filed H-4 renewal for my wife online on 2nd Sept 2022. I received a receipt number starting with “MCT”. We noticed that the filing fees of $370 has not been deducted yet from my bank account. Now, my question is: Can I file for my wife’s I-765 renewal (this needs to be a paper application as per USCIS) while her I-539 is pending ?
