Hi,
H1 and H4 will be travelling to India.
H1 will be dropping off documents in India for first time H1 stamping ( F1-> H1). H4s drop box appointment date is 1 weeks after H1s drop box appointment.
Photocopy of Principal applicant’s current visa (Applicable only for H4 and L2) is required for H4 drop box submission as per appointment confirmation letter.
H4 will not be able to provide H1s most recent H1 visa stamp copy during drop box appointment as H1s visa is still under process.
What will happen to H4 visa? Will H4 get 221 ? refusal ?
