Hi ,
I am on H4 EAD . My husband’s H1B and my H4 EAD was filed in “regular” processing all three applications together .
My attorney mentioned they only processed in “Regular” instead of “Premium”.
My question is if we now upgrade H1B to premium will H4 and H4 EAD also considered in the “Premium” timelines and approved together ?
Anybody faced similar situation and could you please comment what was the outcome?
