Hi,

I have recently filed my H-1B extension, and the petition is currently in process. My passport is set to expire in June 2026.

I wanted to confirm how the petition end date will be determined. Specifically, will the approval end date be limited based on my current passport expiration date, or will it be granted for the full eligible extension period?
