Hi Team,

My H1-B was valid until 31st Jan 2022 ( 6 years completion). I changed to H4 with COS on 4th Jan 2022.
Currently on H4-EAD and working for firm.

Can my employer file for new H1-B for 2023 lottery?
I know there is cool-off but not sure how this will work in this case.
