H1 b Stamping with Concurrent H1b and Arrest due to Traffic Citation System Error

Hi,

I am going to stamping on Jan 6 2025 for Interview and i stayed for 10 yrs with I140 approved and this is my 3 rd time going for stamping and below is my scenario and pls suggest what steps I can take before leaving USA for stamping with Trump coming.

  1. I have arrest for traffic citation in feb 2024 for driving with suspended license but this is happened due to system error where I payed for speeding ticket in different state but tkt no is wrongly recorded in my state which led to suspension in system. I bonded out with 2 hr of jail time and court dismissed my case with mentioning system error comments and given me " NOLLE PROSEQUI " and I have certified court copies , Criminal background history doc from Police department and in process of Expunging of my case . I mentioned in DS160 also. What kind of questions and answers I need to prepare. Pls suggest.

  2. Currently I am working with State client and fulltime with prime vendor company(no Layer) and have client letter and I do have an approved concurrent H1b working part time with another employer on part time basis and working for 3 hr per day which is inhouse project to enhance their internal application. Both jobs I work from home and my i-129 having both client ,employer and home address. I mentioned about my job and duties in my previous exp with stating part time employment in my DS160. What kind of questions and answers I need to prepare. Pls suggest.

  3. What questions will expect for Remote working and already have immigrant petition in progress

Thanks @anil_am22 for your response, What will be by chances of 221 G even I provide all the documents required for by Arrest and Concurrent H1b. Which will help to decide best on my travel.
