I got specialty occupation RFE for my H1 extension in 9th year. I responded to it with degree and 10+ years experience evaluation(equivalent to US bachelor’s degree) and an expert opinion letter and the case got approved. For my future H1 extension approval, do I need to do any US graduate/MS degree in related field to avoid RFE or denial? OR I can use the current degree + experience evaluation(equivalent to US bachelor’s degree) as my primary qualification?
