Current H1 stamped date is 12/12/2024.
My current employer has been filed H1 normal processing for unused (8 months ) visa extension on 19th July 2024.
Receipt Number with IOE, As of now 84 days. (Case status : Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS).
Once this approved I will get 7 months and after utilizing this 7 months, then complete 6 years of H1b.
New employer is filed my PERM LC application on september 2024. But I didnt changed to new employer yet. They just start marketing my profile.
In this case, whether my H1B visa will get extend for an additional one year beyond six years because my perm is filled a year before the six year Max-out date.
When can I change the new employer?
Can I change the new employer only after perm is approved?
Once PERM approved can I continue with current employer? Current employer can takeover my PERM application and file for I-140?
Can we ask for H1-B Extension based on Pending PERM (in Analyst Review)?
I have another query. If I am getting marry citizen, what are the file process needed to do this regards? How soon I get the visa?
How long it will take it?
