My spouse had H4-visa dropbox appointment last month . Unfortunately even after 5 weeks, the decision is still pending- it just says "application received’. Meanwhile, I switched job recently and my h1 is now filed by new Employer and it’s approved. Will this effect H4 decision?
Any thought on this is highly appreciated…
Visa officer may issue a form 221g and ask to submit new H1B i797 with H1B i94 if they have not already approved it.
