H1 Transfer without 6 months

Hi,

I have a question on my h1 transfer. As of now I am with employer A and my i140 was approved in April 2022. Employer B offers a full time now and wants me to join in July. What will be the consequences if I join employer B without completing 6 months period post i140 approval ? Like what if employer A revokes GC petiton will that impact my h1 transfer or will it impact only GC process ? Appreciate your help

The only issue you face, if the I-140 is withdrawn by the employer within 180 days of approval after you transfer your H1B, is you cant use it for AC21 extension of status thereafter. The new employer can file your PERM/I-140 and you can still retain your priority date from old I-140.
