Actually, my visa 5 years completed as of now.

Now, I have exact one year balance visa.

suppose, this amendment is not approved in Nov 2024. In case of an emergency, can I travel to India?

Please guide me

H1B extension will be given based on how much time your employer requests. Usually, every employer requests 3 years.

New Visa stamp in passport is not required as long as the current visa stamp stays valid (and unexpired) on the day of entry into the USA.
