H1B COS and H4 EOS Approved together

Hello,
My H4(and EAD) extension was pending. So i applied to switch back to H1B.
First I received my H1B approval and then after a day, I received my H4(and EAD).

H4 – Approval Notice Date: 9/13/2021- Valid from 9/1/2021 – 6/9/2024(H4 EAD validity : 9/13/21 – 06/09/24 )

H1B validity (Date Approved: 9/8/2021) validity: 09/06/2021- 08/01/2024

I haven’t travelled out of country since and so haven’t got a stamping done after the above approvals(H1 or H4).

What is my current status. My husband will lose his H1B (and hence my EAD). So need to make sure I am on valid status.

All of this happened in 2021 and you are asking now?

How are you maintaining your status since 2021? Are you working? What status did your employer used?

The status is mentioned on your most recent i94, which should be H4 as H4 was the most recent application that was approved and it should have come with an attached i94.
