Hello,

I am currently on H4 visa without EAD. I am have been actively refining startup idea for last couple of months. I am at a point where I am ready to take on entrepreneurship journey by utilizing H1B entrepreneur visa ( 18 months ) . Has anyone gone through this journey ? While I am ensuring all the requirements are met still have concern of potential issue with H1B approvals and stamping in this route.

If your idea is well thought out, I would suggest to apply O-1 visa as that’s better suited than H1B.

Hi, Should have added more details - I was on H1B before and also have I140 approved with Sep2014 PD.
