My team filed H1 extension online on 9/10/24 and got the receipt number but didn’t receive a mail copy to get the DL extension temporarily.
Any advice to get the mail copy at the earliest?
Did you check with your attorney who filed the case? They will receive it at their official office address.
Can my wife (H4 EAD) continue working while we applied for H4/H4 EAD extension which has I-94 expired already?
We just received the receipt notice of the H4/H4 EAD extension petitions.
Is the automatic extension rule applicable in this case?
H4 EAD can work while extension pending & card expired if H4 i94 is valid. Automatic 180-day extension allowed by USCIS. L2 does not need EAD to work.
