H1B extn denied, i-94 valid, another new h1b extn filed

I have Valid i-140 from many years. I-94 is valid till Feb 26th 2025. H1B extension denied on Feb 19th online, denial notice not received.

My employer filed another new h1b extension petition and documents will reach uscis on Feb 24th.

In this case, can I legally stay after Feb 26th and continue working as well since extension filed before i-94 expiry?

Or I need to wait till I get receipt notice on hand. I know it depends on employer, but what is legal rule.

You should be able to keep working if the current H1B was valid till feb 26 and then extension has been filed for period starting Feb 27.
