H1B,H4 and H4 EAD Together Regular processing

Hi,

I have applied my H1 extn, H4 exten and H4 EAD renewal together in regular processing.

1. In this case will they be applicable for approval together based on recent RN law ruling?
2. If the ruling is only for premium processing, if i upgrade now to premium processing - will that help for approval of h1 and h4 extn at same time?

Yes, thats what the settlement says.

This applies to both regular and premium processing.
