H1B - How can I hold it

Hi @anil_am22 ,

My current employer holds my H1B not stamped yet(fresh lottery 2023), now I plan to switch to a new employer and they dont plan to transfer my H1B, is there a way I can save my H1B for future purpose?
Chances are very high my current employer will revoke my H1B after I switch to new employer.

You may qualify for cap-exempt H1B based on your approved H1B. If possible have your employer share the I-797 approval notice if not done already.
