Does PERM approval affects/gets audit if employer did recruitment process in parallel with PWD?
I’m asking like a case - example: PWD will get determined in next month April, if they say start the recruitment in mid of Feb, so that recruitment will be completed mid/end of april which is the time right after the PWD approval. Like parallel processing , in that case, does it affect anyway or trigger audit since they did parallel processing?
