I got RFE even my employer submitted evaluation document. I got RFE asking progressive work experience letter.
I have completed bachelor in MPC and having 12 experience in IT. 10 years in India (software testing engineer) and 2 years (Hadoop developer) in USA.
The expert asking detailed experience letters (Project details, roles and responsibilities) from previous employers to provide progressive experience letter but my previous employer provided letter has only my name, designation and duration of the employment.
Please advise how to handle this case and provide the details of the expert who can provide the progressive experience letter without detailed previous employment letters (really appreciate if you provide sample testing related experience letter).
This is a sample employer-provided letter that can work as a template. Note that this is the same type of letter that works for your Green Card application too.
If you have not got it from your old employer yet, then it is recommended that you should get it as this will be required at the time of filing PERM too.
Hi Anil,
I have some queries, I will get the letter from my old employer with the information that you provided in the sample letter. The company/agency who provides expert opinion letter based on employment letters asking duration of each and every project, supervisor/subordinates of the project and educational (computer background) details of the supervisor/subordinates.
My employer does not provide such very detailed information.
Is there any company/agency provides expert opinion letter based on old employer information like below?.
Name of the employee.
Employment dates.
Designation
Duties
Skills.
To provide expert opinion letter company/agency needed detailed information for minimum three years, My current employer provides detailed information for 2 years but worrying about old employer.
One of my subordinate who worked with me in the previous company (he is from India) ready to give required details in the email (from company email id) for my RFE,he provides work experience of me, his education details etc, Does that email work out?.
One of my supervisor who worked with me in the previous company (from India, recently he he moved to some other company) ready to send email or can provide affidavit with required details for my RFE. Does it work out?.
I have client letter, even though now a days many petitions are being denied due to specialty occupation.
I must be provide expert opinion letter if i respond to RFE with any of the mentioned letters/document.
