H1B (stamped) to H4 and then back to H1B

I was on H1B with visa stamped on passport till Sep-2025 and last time entered US on H1. I do also have approved i140(approved in Mar-2022).
On Sep-2023 I applied to change of status to H4, it approved on April 2024.
Now in August-2024 again my new employer filed a H1B for me and I am back on H1B visa.

I am planning to go India by end of this year. Do I need to go for H1B stamping again?
Or can I enter US with my old employer H1B stamped visa which is valid till Sep-2025 and will show my new i797 at port of entry?will that work?

You should be able to enter using existing H1B visa stamp in passport.

Old employer petition is automatically revoked as status was changed to h4. Shouldn’t that be a problem? Since that receipt number is on visa stamp?

And 2nd question, with that stamped h1b visa, can I travel to India via Europe or London? Because they need valid US stamped visa to transit.

Old employer valid H1B visa stamp with the new H1B i797 can be used to enter the USA.

Visa stamp in passport stays valid till its validity date.
