H1B stamping with no previous employment verification letter

Hi,

@anil_am22 I have upcoming H1B visa stamping next week. I have gathered all the required documents for H1B stamping but I don’t have an employment verification letter from my previous to a previous employer, although I have an offer letter. Do I need to keep (or I might be asked for) employment verification letters/experience letters from all my past employers?

Usually, they only ask for employment letter from current employer.

Past employment letters are extremely rare unless they have serious doubts on previous employer (if they were ever involved in any immigration fraud).
