CaN I request my potential employer to process H1B transfer and GC processing at same time?? What I mean is I want them to apply for GC and H1B transfer request same time so that I will have my GC application processed before starting with them.
You can, provided they have a green card job offer for you. Most employers file after few months of the H1B employment but its not a requirement. Some employers dont have policy to sponsor GC so check with your potential employer.
