I am currently employed as a full-time worker with my current employer. Recently, I have been presented with a new job opportunity from a different employer, and the H1B transfer process is currently underway.
The new employer has suggested that I commence the new position once the H1B petition is officially approved. I am seeking guidance on whether it is permissible to initiate the new job during my notice period with my current employer.
