H1B transfer when I am in India for visa stamping

So, I am going to be in India, in 2 weeks for visa stamping. Something which I had planned earlier.

But I might get a new job in the next 2 weeks. So, the H1B transfer might be initiated while my passport is with the consulate for visa stamping.

Would there be a problem?

I recommend doing the transfer after going back to the US.
