My h1b expired on July 2024, so I94 expired on July 2024, applied H1B extension based on PERM pending back on April 2024, so h1b pending, I140 approved on July 2024. My employer paid off on Dec 31st 2024, what will happen to H1B pending? and i140 approved for 160 days for today?
I got new employer and informed they will apply for an H1B transfer within the grace period starts from Jan 1st 2025.
Also, I got two more new employers ready to file h1b, can I sign all three offers and starts LCA and h1b transfer?
If the employer doesn’t withdraw the approved i140 within 180 days, you are safe.
You can apply as many transfers as you want.
Thanks Anil, can my new employer apply for H1B transfer with my expired H1B, expired I94 and h1b extension applied before H1B expire date, and that H1B extension pending still.
Do I need to go out of US and then the new employer apply H1B transfer as my I94 expired?
Or
Can new employer apply H1B transfer me being in US as H1B extension applied before I94 expiring date and that h1b extension is pending?
