H1B transfer with multiple employers

Hi, I am looking for suggestions.

  • Employer A current one with I94 validity until Jan’2026
  • New offer Employer B consulting firm. H1b transfer normal process and expecting me to join on receipt notice.
  • Another offer employer C product based company full time. H1b transfer premium process. My preferred employer. Should allow to join only after H1B approval copy received.
  • Both may start the process at same time but goes in different phase.

My situation is I may get in to 60 days grace period soon might be in two weeks due to project ended with employer A.

  1. What should be the best path to move forward?
  2. If I join employer B on receipt notice, then resign after employer C transfer approved and join them. Employer B not withdrawn my h1b transfer and not informed to USCIS about my employment with them and later transfer is approved from employer B. Does this effect my approved H1b with employer C?
  3. Do I need to include about employer B details in H1b transfer documentation of employer C?
  4. Is this bridge petition?

Employer C is a better option.

You will need to provide employer B information to C if you join B before C.

What if by the time the h1b petition documents are made and submitted to USCIS from Employer C without including information about employer B?
