Hi All, recently travelled to US on H1B, my spouse and kid stamped with H4 and they are yet to travel. I got offer with Other Employer. Is H1B transfer with new employer impacts my depends travel? Please suggest.
No, it shouldn’t. As far as primary H1B maintains legal status on H1B, no issues.
