Need suggestion
I moved to US on H1B Visa through Employer A(current employer) and arrived US in May 2022, however they didn’t able to find the client and I am still on bench. Now I got an offer from Employer B as full time. Now Employer B initiated premium processing of H1 and it got approved.
My question is will there be any legal issues in future? Can I proceed with Employer B now?
Because I also got another offer from Employer C but he is not willing to accept unless I go out of country and come back then only he will do premium processing of my H1 to get the change of status
