H1B visa stamping without client letter

My client refused to give any end client letter. I am eligible for dropbox, hence initially I don’t need to submit client letter. But what happen if they issued 221g and asking for client letter? As client not willing to provide the client letter, how to deal this scenario, and what other options I have?

I need to travel soon, and found this at last moment. Please advise.

I think the copy of SOW/contract between your employer and client should fill in for client letter. In addition to this, your employer or client can give a letter stating that the client dont have policy to provide client letter.
