H1B Visa Status - Refused - Can i go back to US via Advanced Parole - Impact to 797

Hi , I recently received H1B Visa Status as Refused on Sep 9 after my dropbox appointment .
I do carry AP .
If i get my my passport and US Embassy have requested for more documentation that can go months to resolve , can i return back to USA via AP
Will it impact my 797 ?

You can use AP to return to the US.

But, do remember that your entry can still be denied at port of entry.

Thanks for your reply but I am unsure why they will stop me at port of entry as i am using AP to enter and not H1B .
Also i want to continue pursuing Refusal but on a later date like in 6 months or so - Is that possible ?
