New Comer - My Wife H4 + EAD extension filed a month ago , sent USICS Phoenix lockbox , got UPS confirmation email on Aug 30 but I haven’t received the receipt no so far, my I-94 is expiring on 10/12/24 what are my options now? sent a mail to lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov a week ago but no response , spoke with USICS agent they said they don’t find any details about reg petition.
