My wife was recently laid off and her last day of grace period was on April 13th.
I was due for an H1B extension so applied for H1B EXTENSION + H4 + EAD in premium processing and was approved on April 16th with a reciept date of April 9th.
However in the approval notice the H4 and EAD start date is from September 20th 2024 which is the same day when my extension start instead of my current H1B
So what will be the status of my wife from now till Spetember 20th 2024?
Can i ask USCIS to change the date?
